On November 5, 2010 began project on e-Inclusion for people with disabilities, with Business Agency as a leading organization and Center for Professional Education -Excellia Ltd. and CPE Materika - Materika Foundation.

The project aims to increase the utilization of information and communication technologies and technological innovations and assist in the development, delivery and use of social services by people with disabilities in Varna as a condition for their effective involvement in public life.
